What's the first thing that will go out on a Pontiac Vibe AWD?

I'm thinking about buying a brand new Pontiac Vibe, but I can't find anything on the negative parts of the car. If you can help me out, I'd appreciate it. My second choice is a Toyota Matrix.
I want to buy a 2010 AWD Vibe, or Toyota Matrix. I'm leaning toward the Vibe, only because I get the 100% GM Employee Discount, but I'm wondering what are the issues with the 2009 & 2008 AWD Vibes.
 
First of all, the Vibe and the Matrix are the exact same vehicle, other than the name badges and a few body changes. They are really a wagon version of the Toyota Corolla.

With that being said, probably the first thing that would go would be the timing belt after about 100,000 miles. We carry these vehicles up to around 30,000 miles, and with all the abuse our customers put on them, they fair pretty well.
