Whats the fastest way to get gold in Guild Wars?

I need lots of gold for the elite armor which is over 75k for my characters, so anyone know where to get gold or how to get gold?
(BESIDES QUESTS, they dont offer much gold, only basic items)
NOTE: I only have the prophercies and nightfall campaign.
