whats the fastest cure for anchor worms in fish?

i have gold fishes, angel, neon tetras and guppies.... the capacity of my tank is 20 gallons.. all my fishes seem to have anchor worms on them.. the small ones are badly infected...i got myself 5g of potasium permanganate...... now how do i use it?? what will be the dosage and how long will it take for my fishes to recover completely??? can somebody explain the procedure of the treatment and most importantly the dosage???
 
Are anchor worms the same thing as ick? I had that in my tank... Where you see the white spots on some of your fish and they get really weak.

There's stuff you can treat the water with.

Some people say you should change half your water out after you treat it. Do what you want there tbh.

If a small weak fish is infected - it'll likely die. My bigger stronger fish fought it off.

I bought my treatment stuff from walmart.
