what's the fast way to speak to fido live agent on the phone?

I am totally pissed off with their automated voicesystem that does nto even allow me to press 0 and get through them quickly. I have gone through multiple options but with no luck.

If someeone knows the trick and would like to share please let me know.

I tried dialling toll free 1-888-945-3436 but then what keys to press to avoid those crazy menu options.
