Whats the easiest way to debrand my Samsung Pixon?

Just bought a used unlocked Pixon over the net, but wasn't told that it was on Orange before and still had all the Orangey stuff on it. I've never done anything like this before - not even sure if i can do it myself. I've tried getting through to Samsung support but no joy. I want to get rid of all the Orange firmware on it as i am on O2. I hear that windows 7 doesn't support Pixons. Is that right? Would any kind soul direct me to either a site that could help me or tell me how i can get rid of the Orange firmware myself if it's an easy enough operation? Thanks in advance
