A car is travelling on a straight and level road. Part of its journey, as the driver negotiates some traffic lights, can be broken into four time intervals, A to D: A The car travels at a constant speed of 25.0 m s^-1 for 10.0 s. B The driver applies the brakes and the car undergoes a constant deceleration such that the car comes to rest in 50.0 m. C The car waits, at rest, for 10.0 s. D The car moves off, with a constant acceleration, such that a speed of
25.0 m s^-1 is reached in 10.0 s.

1)Calculate the distance travelled during intervals A and D, and hence find the distance travelled for the entire journey.

can any one help what equations to use .
