the wheel size difference. you want a bike she can clearly ride, do not risk her by getting one too big for her first. you wanna set the seat right and adjust the mirrors. Then expect to have to trade up as she gets more comfortable. Take her off roading somewhere she can get used to it first. if she takes to it you may be able to keep the tires and frame but wench the bike down for her size and power.
