I'm applying for a teaching position and in the application they want me to: 1) Describe your organizational skills 2) Describe your classroom management skills. I don't know for me both are the same, I hate when they do this... anyways if there's someone willing to enlighten me on this, I'll really appreciate it. Thanks.
