What's the difference between an i7 1366 and a XEON 1366 in relation to 3d...

...rendering and Photoshp + Gaming? I want to build a computer for Photoshop, 3d rendering and gaming. Would I be better of getting an i7 950 3.06ghz for $300 or getting a XEON 5520 2.66ghz?
