What's the difference between a subpoena and a warrant?

From watching crime/court shows, i have a vague idea. I think that maybe a subpoena let's you get things that you wouldn't normally be able to get (like medical records, bank records, a person to appear in court) and a warrant like lets you do things you wouldn't normally be able to do (like search someones house or arrest them). I'm not sure if i'm right though, and if i'm wrong, could you give me like a simple explanation (I'm only 16, so simple enough for a 16 yr old girl to understand).
