I got a one month contract for mobile broadband and it didn't work because its a rural area. Anyway I had to pay upfront for the usb. When it didn't work they said they cancel it and will refund the $50 with a cheque. I called a second time and they were like oh sorry we needed confirmation or something yer, yer. Still hasn't arrived. I call again and they are like what we haven't received a payment from you what are you talking about? What should I do. They keep giving me the bum steer. Its so funny, they are like street hustlers or something hey.
