Whats the deal with the Breaking Dawn first chapter in the Special Edition of Eclipse?

I already know that the cover art and first chapter of BD are in the Special Edition of Eclipse. But supposedly someone got a special edition early and leaked everything online? Does some one have links to this? I'm really interested. Thanks
