M Micah New member Dec 16, 2010 #1 so im wondering what the benefits are with eccentric lifting vs regular weight lifting. It seems like the eccentric part is neglected alot. Is that because the benefits arn't as big as regular weight lifting? Advice on how to use eccentric lifting?
