I have a 1990 chevy lumina. When i shut my car off I can hear what sounds like my car "settling"? Its not a pinging sound ..it sounds more like rubber. My struts are fine so I know its not that.Its the only time I hear the sound. Also, i have a sound coming from what sounds like my rear drivers tire. About a year ago it was just an intermittent clicking sound like a rock stuck in my tire.Now its much louder and tends to squeak. I only really hear it in alleyways where it echos. It doesnt change with speed either. Anone know?
