When I brush my teeth, I take around 7 minutes. I brush the front of my teeth for around a minute, bottom of my teeth(where they put the fillings) for a minute, and back of my teeth for a minute. I brush every side of my teeth. Then I brush my cheeks inside my mouth for around 10 seconds each, then I brush the roof of my mouth 10 seconds, then I brush my tongue and bottom of my tongue for a minute. And I rinse for around 2 minutes, occasionally scrapping my tongue to get the toothpaste off the tongue. When Im done, my mouth feels as fresh as can be, but I use a toothbrush to brush everything so I think im damaging my taste buds and roof of my mouth, although I have not seen any bad signs. I've been brushing my mouth like this for around 8 years but just noticed that most people just take two minutes. Whats the correct way to brush teeth, and mouth?
