Whats the complete bill of tmobile with a family plan of 750 minutes?

I want to know what the complete bill iincluding taxes and fees are after having a 750 minute family plan. I want to have 1 line with internet on it. Then i also want to have another extra line for for 5 dollars a month. Then i want mine the main account without internet. I want to whole account to have unlimited texting. Please tell me i live in new york state
