seriously there has to be life out there there ar MILLIONS of planets so the should be life but we might not be able to contact them

Look up "Drake Equation".

The Universe is vast. There are at least 10^25 star systems, maybe many more.

There are a Googleplex of stars, and if you do the math filtering down the number of planets that could be able to support life, there are millions of them. That does not mean that the life could be anything close to the same we have here on Earth, but it would still be classified as life. If it is Intelligent life, with a language, we could probably translate it. But the bigger problem is time and distance, until we , or they, can travel faster than the speed of light, we will just have to keep dreaming.

there's a great chance that there is life out there whether we will ever see it is another question

i would say 99% if not 100%, due to a formula crated way back when, cant remember it not but it exists
