whats the biggest motor i can put in a 06 chevy colarodo?

its a 5cyl and i want to know whats the biggest motor i can get in it, with out having any major problems. and what all would i need to strengthen up. i dont have this truck yet, but i may get it or a 99-03 s10, can you please answer the same question but for the s10 also, thank you!
