What's the better waterproof for the outdoors?

The eVent breathes 10x`s better than any Gore Tex, dont forget there are 2 levels of Gore-tex Paclite and XCR. I have boots by Hi-Tec made with eVent, havent had my feet sweat enough to wet my socks yet. Its just as waterproof as the best Gore-tex
