I recently brought an exercise bike. I just wanted to know how to warm up before and what stretches and exercises to do after. I thought squats, lunges, crunches, plies etc after 30 mins of biking, but how many reps do i do and in what order. Also which are the best exercises to do after to burn fat from mainly my legs and tone up my whole body. I really don't want to be bulky and muscly just slim and toned.
