my 10 year old brother practically lives with my family & me. His mother Is pretty much an absent mother & failed to teach him a number of things, one of which being proper hygiene. What would be the best way to talk to him about it? I know he's at an age where he could be very embarrassed about the topic. Also, wgo would be best to do it, myself his sister or my husband since he's a guy? He & my husband are very close so I kind of think he'd be the better one. Thoughts?
