Weird question: after a sprint of fast run, what is the best technique to slow down? When I slow down after a track sprint or practice sprint, I land on the back of the heel, and resist rolling forward on my foot to slow down. This makes the outside front lower leg muscle hurt and sore because it is what ends up doing the slowing. How should you slow down? On your heels or toes? Other things? Thanks
