Im guessing your talking about your waterline if so get a white or peach eyeliner and line the rim (think also makes your eyes look bigger) if you dont want your eyes to look bigger then take a nude to you eyeliner(an eyeliner similar to your skin tone) put a nice mascara on your lashes. if you dont want to look natural then use black eyeliner on your waterline. You can also put shimmy colors on your eyelids to make your eyes pop once you have on the eyeliner.hope i helped<3
