I just ordered two replacement enV Touch's to replace the two devices I have that are messing up... I'm curious to know when I receive the devices whats the easiest way to call back and request another phone because that ones messing up in order to get a different model... I like the env touch, but it's pissing me off because of the random shut downs, and reboots... So in other words I'm wondering how I can get a replacement phone (different model) for my replacement phone (env touch) without the replacement touch actually being messed up.. Any, and all answers would be appreciated.
