i recently lost my job as an over nighter my hours were 4 pm till 1 am i would go to bed at about 6 am and wake up at 3 pm now im looking for a new job and need to be able to wake up around 6 am im having great difficulty adjusting I CAN NOT TAKE A SLEEP MEDICATION NOR CAN I DOWN A BOTTLE OF LIQUOR SO DONT SUGGEST THAT ive also tryed just staying awake for 24 hrs and going to sleep around 9 p,m but i didnt make it past 9 am and i also tryed going to bed early but that doesnt work i just lay there awake please help me i need to fix this now!!!!
