What's the best way to fix a rear window leak on a 1999 Mazda B2500?

Do not use RTV. There are adhesives made specifically for auto windows. I you try to fix it without removing to window it will be noticable but you can stop the leak.

The rear glass in my truck leaks whenever it rains and I've kept putting it off, but it's gotten so bad now that my trucks smells bad! I can see where the water is coming in. If you look along the top of the rear window from the outside, you can see where the window is separated from the cab. I've been to a couple of glass places and they want to charge $125+ to take it out and replace the sealant. I was just wondering if this is something I could do by myself (or rather have my boyfriend do lol). Could I just use some RTV sealant to patch up the window or do I actually need to remove the window and replace the sealant?
