So what's the best way to keep a slender stomach? And I mean without the help of a Bow-flex or any kind of equipment, no gym, and no going anorexic or bulimic. A little ab definition would be awesome but I don't have to have that. I'd just like to find a way to keep my stomach as flat as possible cuz I can't exactly afford a gym membership or a lot of at home equipment.
