Heya guys, im 18 year old currently and have a pretty fast metabolism luckily.5"3 , 8stone, so im healthy and around the right weight. My leisure time does not involve any excersise at all, and seeing as its the summer holidays currently im not getting any at all.
I would like to start getting into the routine of doing some daily exercise to keep fit and healthy
I have an exercise bike downstairs that goes un-used by my parents, I would like some advice on how long to use it for everyday , every other day mabye? Not sure at all, also what would the bike help keep tone
and how long till i can see results. Obviously this will vary between each individual person but just as an over view
