What's the best way to drop 2 dress sizes by March 2011(3 months)?

I'm going to a concert in March 2011. I'm a size 12/14 and I want to drop to a size 8 by then. What's the best way to do so? I regularly to between 15-25 minutes of intensive dance, walk my dog twice a day, about 30 minutes each walk. I eat a lot of fish, but I don't eat meat. I often don't eat a lunch meal, but a good-sized, balanced breakfast and dinner. I have a bit of a podgy belly though! I also have a bit much gathering on my thighs and backside. What's the best way to shift all this excess weight in 3 months?

You may tell me size 12/14 is fine, but I don't FEEL fine. I have been porky since i was a child and I don't want to be anymore.

Oh and if it helps, I'm rougly 5'7'' in height.
I have a friend the same height as me, taller, who is a size 8. she eats twice what I do xD (I know it's not good to compare yourself to friends but still) and i cant afford a personal trainer ot gym membership-it's ridiculous in my area
