whats the best way to bulk up my arms? not really concerned with the cardio aspect?

i am wanting to bulk up my arms. i just posted a similar question and would like to know if my workout is sufficient. i havent worked out in a year so i am going to gradually get back to my old workouts which included flat bench press 200lbs in 5 sets of ten with one minute rest in between, 80 lb curls in 5 sets of ten and sometimes 5 sets of 15 to 20 depending on how i feel also with about a minute in between and two minutes in between sets on the 15 to 20 per set. and when i only did 5 sets of ten on the curls i would do 5 sets of ten skull crushers with the same amount of weight with dumbells also about a minute in between. im not concerned with toning up i just want to bulk up. i want some advice on this workout. this is where i stopped due to having nobody to workout with and job obligations i kind of just got burnt out. well now i have a new olympic weight set along with a dedicated partner so i am hyped about getting started back. any advice on the best way to bulk up would be appreciated. i am 6 foot 1 and weigh 270 lbs. i am going to gradually work my way back up to that workout being that i cant just start it back all at once. in the matter of 7 months i went from maxing on bench at about 180 lbs to 285 or 290 lbs and my ultimate goal is to level off at around 350 max bench.any advice will be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time.
also this time im wanting to try out creatine, any advice on that about how much to take will be appreciated also. thank you
