what's the best thermostat for my 1995 Cadillac SLS?

New member
at the store the sell 180 degree thermostats,
but,
the manual says to replace with an AC Delco or AC Type131-66 (185 to 192 degrees thermostat)
Im having trouble locating a retailer in Dallas, TX that sells the 185 to 192 thermostat, but they
sell mainly the 180 degree thermostat, Why the difference?
