My posture is brutle, its so bad that now whenever i push my shoulders back to be straight they grind and crack because my muscles arn't used to this posistion. It also causes my breathing to be different (unaware of this reason) my pelvic allignment is off also but this doesnt cause me pain. Please help me, by telling me which Back Supporting, or Posture Improving product would be best for me?
