Whats the best pokemon party? (Perl)?

Ok im just wondering whats the best party i can get? I can migrate and use wi-fi so getting the pokemon isnt much of a problem... unless its summet like mew lol... atm my party is

Flygon - 75
Dragonite - 63
Milotic -77
Espion - 65
Richu- 100

(know they not very high im always changing my pokemon)
