you shouldnt have a reaction unless you have metal allergies. if you do do ask the artist which pigments have that metal base in it, or do a little research online to see how certain colors are normally blended. most ppl that have reactions are from red. even that reaction is few and far between. with the feet just make sure you wear sandals. a tattoo is only as good as you take care of it. good luck
