What's the best Photoshop product to buy?

I'm looking to get a really nice, worthwhile Photoshop set to put on my computer, and I was wondering, what is the best product to buy?

Photoshop Elements 7 for window or 6 for Mac, about $75 on Amazon. A new verson, Photoshop Elements 8 is supposed to come out in October.
