What's the best GSM 850 Smartphone?

I'm looking for a smartphone that is GSM 850 compatible, preferably something running windows mobile 5 and supports wifi connectivity that's unlocked...anything like that out there?

had a hp 6315, it was pretty good, battery would last 2 days, gave me no problems, unlike the others, the new ipaq with gps is sweet
