Whats the best English to Russian Dictionary? to teach my self russian!?

I know the alphabet (about 90%) and would like to move on to learning words, whats the best dictionary for pernounciation and definition? ide like the english word preferably next to the russian word so i can identifie it faster, like.. Yes - ?? - D-aw - (Definition) i would like to buy one soon. Thanks ahead of time.
