I plan on signing in april of next year and i want i want to get in shape and lose some weight I am 5'2 and 145 pounds I want to get in shape by the time of april of next year i dont want to struggle in basic training =) So any tips anyone PLUS i need to a good diet plan a real good diet plan most of my fat is my stomach area and my thighs i have curves >.< and a big ass i won't to lose some of that badly and boobs I NEED HELP T.T I'm not trying to put myself out there though but thats the truth....I don't need no attention to myself that isnt needed seriously
