What's the best deal for a Verizon iPhone?

Hey everyone I have an AT&T iPhone 3G and the reception at my place is good, but I heard Verizon is better of course. So, I'm gonna head out and get the iPhone 4 tomorrow at verizon. I'm on a pretty tight budget, and I want to know what is the best plan that has unlimited net and LIMITED calling and texting. So, what's the best plan and how much is it?
