Hello! I want to paint my nails just with a simple, clear polish as I'm not really a big fan of colored nail polish and I was just wondering what the best clear nail polish out there is? Something that's of reasonable price, but has the best result would be good!
(Also, is there such thing as clear nail polish with a *little* tint of color? If so, I'd like to hear about that too!

Also, if I just want to put clear nail polish on, would it be better to be put on a base coat and top coat as well? Or does it not matter?
