What's the best choice for me? Army ROTC or go Active?

I am 16 years old i turn 17 on July 31 I'm a junior in high school. I want to pursue a career in the Military. But here's the thing. As for i do want to Major in psychology and get a degree under that field Should i just do ROTC? Or should I just go Active, I want to work under the Military police.
