Well the dent is around a deep scratch so it's not as simple as using a toilet plunger lol but I bought something called Pops A Dent which I was told was awesome but the glue gun never heated up.

You can use dry ice on a dent that is about 4 to 5 inches in diameter, but if the dent is bigger and deeper, what I did once was drilled a bunch of small holes about an inch apart or what ever it takes, then put screws in them make sure holes are smaller than screw and took a nail puller and pulled each one out, filed down until the holes were smooth, bought some bondo, and filled it all in, sanded down, bought a can of spray paint that matched the manufactured color and looked like new

rty and hit it from the toer side or drill holes and use screw to pull out the dent sometimes work some what then you have to finsih with body filler or bono and sanding and primer and then repaint and sometime you just have to replace it all or have it cut out and welded back... the cheapest way would be with the drill and screws and pull it out little by little til you can pull any more and spray some prime or paint back on it so it dont rust or just keep driving it the way it is
