My partner along with 2 of his friends were caught a month later for cemetery vandalism, a class c felony, and a misd. for trespassing after a night of drinking and partying. Problem is he already was on probation for 2nd degree burglary back in 2008. I know people will want to add that this is morally wrong, and yes I know it is, but in honest opinion in the state of KY what is the best chances he has of getting out with time served, probation, restitution and such? He's been in since May 7th already so it will almost be a state year in October and they are just now doing pretrial conferences on his case. Do you believe he will get much more time?
