What's the best cardio regime to do in the gym?

At present I do the following:
20 mins + 4 cool down on bicycle
20 mins + 4 cool down on cross trainer
20 mins + 4 cool down on treadmill (altho it's a brisk walk and not a actual run).

If I wanted to do a good cardio regime to reduce fat on my chest and upper thighs which regime would you recommend me doing?
