We all know that we make judgments of other people based on first impressions, even if we know that's foolish. While a millionaire can drive a Honda Civic, you wouldn't immediately assume that someone driving a Civic is a millionaire. And what immediately comes to mind when you see a middle-aged guy drive up in a cherry-red Mustang convertible? You get the idea...
I started a new business recently where I have to drive to meet clients at their place of business and my 18 y/o SUV just doesn't cut it anymore. I want to purchase a car that gives the impression of being "successful" but I don't want to buy a Mercedes or BMW or other "status" type car that shows I'm either trying to over-compensate for something or implying that I will charge them too much money to pay for my supposed, expensive lifestyle.
This is completely subjective and is not based on how good the gas mileage is or how reliable the model is, etc. Thanks!
