I'm trying to find the cheapest way to get a 4 year degree. I've got decent academic stats( 3.8 gpa and 28 on my act) but i'm not going to get a full scholorship with that. I really can't afford to pay for anything myself(besides food and rent if i get a part time job) because I'm poor as hell. Also, I'd rather not take out any loans. What would be my best option for paying for college? I don't really want to join the military, but It looks like the only way i'm going to be able to pay for school. Also, what are the military's policies on masters and phd degrees?
