I only saw it for the first time today, and I didn't get it because..When I was watching it, I was kind of..Drunk. But from the looks of it, it's a damn good movie..I didn't understand the flashbacks though..And there were too many names for me to keep track of.. I understand the guy has cancer and he was a patient of the doctor, and he wants people to appreciate life but..
