There's an anime I saw when I was younger that I have no clue what it's called. It's based around this girl who, like her mother, can fly a broom. No idea if she's a full witch or not or if the broom is just random, but she can. She starts out living at home, then leaves to make a life for herself. She gets a job delivering packages so she flies around doing that. At some point she meets this guy who rides a bike around and they become friends. She ends up breaking her broom which used to be her mothers one day while she's flying around.
