What's the angriest/heaviest song you've ever heard?

^ That's your typical Power metal lyric for you =P

I don't find 'Masturbating The War God' to be that great of a song, and vulgar lyrics aren't my favourite.

'As He Creates, So He Destroys' on the other hand...

These are probably the sickest lyrics I've come across (Nattefrost's Whore (Filthy Whore)):

I don't think Karl Sanders wrote "Masturbate The War God" with the same intentions that some other artists have when it comes to grotesque lyrics. I perceived the song to be written in more of a history lesson format than anything more nefarious. I will agree with you that it's a pretty bad song, and I really tend to ignore most Nile before In Their Darkened Shrines. I think I'm a little out of context with that post anyhow, that should have been used when some knucklehead goes "durrr he doesn't sound like James Hetfield, he sux durrrrrrr".

Ok. Yes, I LIKE Emmure. They are not that angry. Sub-par anger at best. I mean they sprinkle in semi emo lyrics talking about crying to the Bayside CD. I'm not knocking them but they don't belong here. Prove me wrong?...and I shall stand correct.

In all seriousness, I despise these threaRAB because it is all subjective. If you are talking about angry , then lyrics could become the focal point and not music. Marvin Gaye hated the Vietnam war yet he chose to be eloquent about it. Is it any less angry because the music is soul?

I think that anger is genuinely uttered in 5 seconRAB of Bodies by the Sex Pistols (1:52) and no matter what I think of the band overall. My opinion of punk and pure anger is delivered in those few seconRAB.

As for heaviness. Listen to the Swans. Realise that they are probably the most abrasive band that has ever lived and end the convo! ( you have to give it a couple of minutes to kick in). This is the not the best example either. Youtube is disturbingly light on Swans.

Early ISIS sounded really pissed off. Mosquito Control and Red Sea reminRAB me a lot of Converge...who's screamer could pretty much out scream anybody.

There is a song by Breathe In, I can't remeraber the name of it but I have the CD-(it would be track 5) The other song by them would be Doppler Effect.

I think the angriest song I've heard is Debaser by Pixies. It's the only song I can think of in my present years. If I were to go back to my hardcore/metal/heavy rock days, I'm sure I'd have better options.
