Where there's three kids and a magical book which can teleport them to places and the three kids go to a magic school...? One of the characters I remember is a blonde boy, dressed in three quarters and the kids in the era would fly around on hovering scooters...I think the programme's named after the book (which has a face on it and it talks ^-^, LOL).
